Prices

Prices include oil fired central heating, hot water, electricity and an initial large basket of logs for the wood burning stove.

Occupancy

The accommodation is for 6 people only and children are welcome - please ring for more accommodation details if needed.

Sorry no pets are allowed at the property.

The house has a strict no smoking policy.

Cleaning and Linen

The house will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival with the beds made up with fresh bed linen. Towels are provided. It is appreciated if tenants take good care of the property and leave it in good order.

Payment

A deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance is due six weeks before commencement of the holiday. For booking made within six weeks of the start of the holiday payment will be due in full. Payment can be made direct to our bank account or by cheque or cash.

Liability

Although we will take every reasonable care we cannot be held responsible for any injury, loss, accident or damage to any of your party or their possessions during your stay. If for reasons beyond our control eg flood etc. the accommodation became unavailable for your stay we would refund you in full but our liability would not extend beyond this.

Cancellation

If you have need to cancel a booking please inform us immediately. The deposit paid will be non refundable.If the cancellation is made within 6 weeks of commencement we will do our best to re-let the accommodation, in which case, we will refund the balance paid.

Privacy

Any data collected from this booking will be stored on our computer and we may contact you with an offer. We will not share these details with any third party.
